While I’ve always been a quirky combination of an optimist and and a skeptic, I must confess that this pandemic has certainly challenged my productivity.
One way I nurtured myself through this turbulent time is to tap into scientifically-proven techniques used by Olympians to optimize my mind and body.
Plus, I love being able to easily generate more energy and have the right attitude to take care of my most important projects.
